Alina Frolova

Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Center for Defense Strategies, Coordinator of the Security track of the Crimea Platform Expert Network, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine (2019-2020), Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine (2015-2016), Advisor to the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine (2016-2019), founder of the «Invictus Games Team Ukraine Project» and Stratcom Ukraine.

Alina’s expertise covers security issues in the Azov and Black Seas region, strategic, governmental and crisis communications, and she has significant experience working with NATO, OSCE, EU, embassies and missions of partner countries. Ms. Frolova also specializes in hybrid warfare and its implications in the modern world.
