He is a member of the Synodal Commission for the inter-Christian relations of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine and a member of the Expert Council under the State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience

Doctor of historical sciences, professor at the Department of history of the National University of Ostroh Academy. He is a member of the “Humanitarian Policy” working group of the Expert Network of the Crimean Platform, the Synodal Commission for the inter-Christian relations of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, the Expert Council under the State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience, the Pathways to Peace Steering Group of the Conference of European Churches. He is a co-author of the analytical report “FORMATION OF A СOMPREHENSIVE VISION AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE STATE AUTHORITIES OF UKRAINE ON OVERCOMING THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE OCCUPATION AND CHALLENGES IN THE REINTEGRATING THE AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA AND THE CITY OF SEVASTOPOL IN THE INFORMATION, EDUCATION, SCIENTIFIC, CULTURAL AND RELIGIOUS FIELDS”.
