Ievgen is an international expert in environmental policy and sustainable development. Lately Ievgen is teaching at the Department of environmental study at the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”. Laureate of the State prize of Ukraine in science and technology, academician of the Academy of economic science of Ukraine. Since 2014, he has been an expert on environmental safety, nature management and sustainable development of Crimea. Speaks on these issues in the media. Published in special editions and mass media
