Lawyer at the Regional Center for Human Rights, member of the “Humanitarian policy” Working group of the Expert network of the Crimea platform and the subgroup on the protection of children’s rights in wartime of the International Council of Experts on crimes committed in the Russain armed conflict context of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
Mykyta has expertise in international humanitarian law and provides legal consultation to victims of international crimes in the Russian armed aggression context, preparing and communicating on behalf of victims with the European Court of Human Rights, the UN Human Rights Committee, and others. He is an author of analytical materials on relative mechanism of responsibility for the crime of aggression and Russian educational policy in the occupied territory of Ukraine.
