In this section, you will find a series of policy and research papers as a continuation of CDS’ efforts within the framework of Crimea Platform. The papers were initiated before the full-scale Russian invasion that started on Feb 24, 2022, and to a large extent were composed in a “pre-war” context. However, the findings and recommendations thereof are likely to remain valid and serve as an important additional instrument in the efforts to regain control over the constitutional territory of Ukraine.
